Project Details

This course was developed for Flooring Solutions Inc. as an onboarding module to help train new workers use the flooring estimation software called Measure Square.

Tools Used

The onboarding module was developed using Articulate Storyline with a number of other image generating and editing tools such as Adobe and Canva.

Design Process

Analysis: The company was having issues with new hires who did not have sufficient skills for larger-scale project planning.

Design: Met with the team supervisor to learn the main focus areas when developing a module using the Measure Square software.

Develop: Built the project using proper branding, colour schemes, data collection methods.

Implementation: Provided the client with a first and final draft for feedback and functionality tests and delivered the project as a SCORM and xAPI file.

Evaluation: I asked the client to email a short survey to any new workers who completed the training module within the first few months to provide feedback on the module.
