Project Details

This module was designed to be implemented for online or in-person team-building seminars. It is a scenario-based challenge where four team members work together to manage an issue arising from a defective product. Each team member takes on the role of either human resources, marketing, sales, or operations to tackle the challenge from different perspectives.

Tools Used

The team-building module was developed using Articulate Storyline and several other image-generating and editing tools, such as Adobe and Canva.

Project Details

Analysis: Companies with remote work need to engage in interactive and entertaining team-building activities to improve communication and problem-solving strategies.

Design: Designed the content progression using a storyboard and Miro mapping software.

Develop: The project was built using a number of interactive elements so that all members were required to participate and lead the team.

Implementation: The course was published and is accessible using the Moodle LMS platform.

Evaluation: Those who completed the course were requested to click a link to access a short survey on the difficulty and interactivity of the module.
