Project Details

This course was developed to help teachers in the Cranbrook area delve into the intricate details of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Cranbrook District Teachers’ Association (CDTA).

Tools Used

The Collective Agreement Module was developed using Articulate Storyline with a number of other image generating and editing tools such as Adobe and Canva.

Project Details

Analysis: The CDTA needed a tool to help teachers in the district learn articles that are used regularly in their district.

Design: met with the union president to discuss the length, level of detail, and interactivity of the module.

Develop: Built the project using the legal framework of the CDTA Collective Agreement by referring to proper articles and contract language.

Implementation: Provided the client with a first and final draft for feedback and functionality tests along with delivering the project as a SCORM and xAPI file.

Evaluation: Managed the course using Articulate’s online platform and provided a detailed report on course usage.
