This course was build for members of Senderson Ridge adult living complex as a micro-learning module to teach residents about the type of phishing scams that may target them.

Tools Used

The Preventing Scams and Fraud Module was developed and published using Articulate Rise, along with other image-generating and editing tools such as Adobe and Canva.

Project Details

Analysis: A local adult living complex was being targeted regularly by scammers and needed to educate the residents to prevent fraud.

Design: Composed a storyboard with content broken-down into manageable chunks for easy learning.

Develop: The project was built using several interactive elements and multimedia aspects to keep learners engaged and informed.

Implementation: The course was published using Articulate’s management system and links were provided for website integration.

Evaluation: The course was pre-tested with a number of members from the adult living complex for feedback and analysis.
